[GAMEPLAY] Possible Twitch Ult Bug with attack range modifiers

When buying Attack Range modifiers like Rapid Firecannon, Twitch' ult range does not increase. This might be intentional, however the tooltip does not state a static Attack Range of 850. Furthermore, this leads to problems with Attack declarations: When your Rapid Firecannon is ready you'll still be able to declare Attacks from a distance of 1000 units, yet your projectile still only travels a fixed distance. Therefore your Attack can miss because the projectile doesn't travel so far. Even if Twitch' ult is intended to have a fixed range, I think it should not be possible to declare Attacks while not being in range.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Buy Rapid Firecannon.
  2. Move and Attack until your next Attack is energized.
  3. Move 1000 units away from your target.
  4. Activate R and press Attack on the target.

I tried this several times and the bug always occurred.

Also, note: your ult's projectiles travel further than 850 units by default (only your range for an attack declaration is 850). That's why you'll still be able to hit with your ult from a distance of slightly less than 1000 units. But if you move out of range, activate R and then press Attack on your target, so that Twitch will definitely fire from a distance of 1000 units, you'll miss your shots.

This bug rarely occurs in actual games as Rapid Firecannon is not a standard item on Twitch.
