Howling Abyss Shop Bug

Near the end of my game at 10:50 Mountain Time, Swain on my team (my fiance) was just about to leave shop and as soon as she left fountain her ROA just disappeared from her inventory, and the same bug has happened to me a few times on random occassions with various items, I just have no idea what causes the bug but it's game changing and can result in losses.
