missing skins

Anyone else aware of the problem where after rerolling 3 skins the permanent skin doesnt show in the collection?

I rerolled 6 skins and got traditional trundle and galactic renekton, neither are in my collection, but their in my purchase history!? Need the help, I really want that skin! HELP
