After seeing the new front page ad for twitch loot, I decided to take a peek at the page as I own twitch prime, and have my LoL account linked. However, despite this, whenever I try to claim month one the loading circle hangs indefinitely. I tried this on Chrome, Firefox, and on Chrome again on a different laptop. I also tried re-authorizing my LoL account to my twitch prime account. Anyone else have this issue?

I'm not really sure what category this issue would fall under, or I would submit a ticket.
pbjpie2 votesHey, I eventually fixed the issue so I thought I would update the post in the event that someone else runs into the issue. Basically, the problem revolves around the fact that you have two twitch accounts. One of the accounts doesn't have amazon / twitch prime, and is linked to your league of legends account (we'll call this account A for simplicity). The other account has twitch prime (account B). In my case, I had account B linked to account A, as account B had amazon prime, and I could link it to account A through the twitch settings app. The issue was that I was signing into account B, which gave me a never-ending loop as it was techinically linked. Switching to account A (despite not having twitch prime) fixed my issue.
