RANKED GAME WITH NO MINIONS???

I just played a ranked SoloQ game with no minions on bot, but only on our team, they just haven't spawned on the entire game, which is quite unfair for our team, because due to the lack of minions we just can't push bot, and is also unfair for their team, they can't farm or get xp from bot... there has also been another bug where random file tittles aprear on our champs... just a crazy game
