When i try to confirm i want to help testing and giving full feedback of content it don't stop loading and loading. i Really want to test the new stuff in League and give feedbacks , where i can sign up for it , without ''Loading please wait'' - 3 hours of waiting - STILL LOADING...? Could you be more specific on what's going on here? You're mentioning that you're getting loading screens, is this after you've attempted to sign up? Just want to make sure I'm understanding you correctly.
If you could walk me through what you're doing before you get the endless loading screen, that'd be super helpful! :)
This happened to me as well and there seems to be a bug with the sign up page but If you log into the main LoL page for your region http://eune.leagueoflegends.com/ and then go back to the pbe sign up page it should let you sign up.
