Riot! Viktor still has bugs!
Cast Death Ray at a range where Viktor needs to move to his target, with the vector aimed towards yourself. Viktor will move to the appropriate range, but sometimes will not cast his spell.
When casting Chaos Storm directly on top of somebody, it will often move in a random direction away from the target instead of following him like its supposed to.
The second one is far more important than the first, since it causes Viktor to miss a big chunk of his damage and is difficult to spot in the middle of chaotic teamfights.
