Your Remake system still could use some work

During my last promo game i had a player afk for the first 15 minutes of the game, but because our mid laner killed his laner we were unable to remake. This caused us to obviously loose especially since our afk was the supp and now i have to climb back into my promos. I don't care that I lost the game it sucks, but what really bothers me is that we were not given the opportunity to remake. I never knew there was such rule that could cancel a remake and i don't think anyone else on my team knew either which leads me to think that you guys need to either a) make this more clear so players do not ruin a opportunity to remake the game where they have a afk or b) let the team still vote to remake even if they get a kill becuase one kill isn't going to win us the game if we have a afk still. Its frustrating to be forced into a 4v5 like this and honestly creates toxic gameplay becuase my teammates proceeded to flame each other which lead to no competitive atmosphere at all.
