Champion Select Screen Bug

This Problem occurs 50% of the time for me with this new patch, it occurs in normal solo queue (Non-Ranked/Blind Pick). You can see what your team is doing, but you cannot type/message, select a champ. It looks like it hasn't left the Accept/Decline match screen, but the pop-up is gone. This then makes you disband the champion select because you cannot select a champ/call lane and position. This then results in a time penalty
