Blitz Crank Broken, 2 Pulls [GAMEPLAY]

I just recorded an aram and during it as you can see blitzcrank appears to pull towards me but pulls skarner instead. Not sure if this is a visual bug or this player was tampering with things.

I'm guessing that this is just the same problem that Lux and Thresh have. A sudden change in facing updates the actual projectile, but doesn't update the graphical part.
