Soraka Star Guardian Recall(No music)

This has happened multiple times now where the Star guardian soraka music doesn't play, only the animation. At first I thought it wouldn't happen again,but each time I play and use this skin, when I recall the animation works,just no sound. The effects and everything still work except the recall music. It has happened frequently when I play this skin. Hoping it gets fixed or looked into or it might just be me. ;o;

EDIT: Just played with her in game and her sound affects are also incorrect. they are all normal based noises.
