Kassadin "Deep One" Skin

I can no longer purchase the "Deep One" Kassadin skin and I am unsure why, I am just asking if Riot removed it from the store or if it is a bug. I would really like to have this skin because I recently picked up Kassadin again and would like to know the community's thoughts.
