Log in/Ban

So I've reported this bug several times now and seems nobody even looks at those reports. Really annoying bug that lags out the lock in/ban portion of the game and it almost freezes. Not allowing you to actually click on a champion or ban or lock in, I've been penalized twice for it now as if i left the champion selection. Anybody doing anything about this?
