[Client] Client loads but isnt visible after using a dual monitor setup

So as the title states I'm having issues with the client actual displaying properly. It happened after using another monitor on my laptop in extend with the secondary monitor set as the primary. After I disconnected the monitor and went back to only one screen the launcher fires up and I choose launch, I get the circle around my cursor for a few seconds and then nothing. In task manager the 4 processes show as running (Lolclient.exe, Lollauncher.exe, Lolpatcher.exe, as well as rads_user_kernel.exe) however no league window is displayed and I'm forced to restart my computer to get it to display again. This wouldnt be such a big deal but the restart only works once and if I want to launch league again I have to restart again. I have experienced the same thing on my desktop as well. Sometimes if I switch modes from computer only to extend and back to computer only (using the windows key + P) it will fix the problem but it isnt consistent. I've tried deleting the client from the RADS\projects\ folder but the issue remains the same, I've also just flat out reinstalled the game. I'm not sure if its relevant but my hardware specs for my laptop and desktop are as follows:

Laptop- Win 7 Ult 3rd gen i7 nvidia geforce gt 635m 8gb Ram 120gb SSD 1tb HDD

Desktop- Win 7 Ult Core 2 duo e8400 nvidia geforce 9800 gtx+ 4gb Ram 1tb HDD

The only real common factor here would be the windows 7 ultimate. I'm guessing something with the client and windows isnt playing well. I thought it was an isolated incident with just my laptop but then it happened with my desktop as well. I did quite a bit of googling but didnt really find anything specific to my problem and didnt seem to see anyone mention it so I'm not sure if its just me or if others have also had problems.
