[GAMEPLAY] The effect of Leona's ult doesn't show.

On Leona, using her ult "Solar Flare", I can't see the beginning effect of ult. but I can see the end effect of ult like the sun on land.

1. use ult as Leona
2. the beginning effect doesn't show. I can hear only the ult's sound.
3. The end effect show. (and if there is a enemy at center in ult, the enemy get stunned.)

I've tried this only 1 game. but this has happened over 5 times in the game, this has happened on a basic skin. I don't know if items affect this or not. Match History is here.
