Unable to connect to the server

I saw this post on the EUW forums and saw this person named SeekerK telling people to share their LeagueClient logs and I'm wondering if any of the mods could help me fix my game. I used the Hextech Repair Tool, reinstalled my game, talked to my provider, restarted my internet, and I still disconnect.

This is a problem that has been going on for too long and I am at this point begging for help.
