[GAMEPLAY] Bug with Support Items

When my friend was playing League of Legends today he saw that his Remnant doesn't stack anymore. It was reloading, but suddenly it halted at 426 and trying to reload again making it unstackable :/. This is the first time it happened, and I don't know how is that possible. I hope you can help us!
