Hey Riot!! 2 Major game breaking bugs

1. Diana's W doesn't react instantly when you press it sometimes

2. When I pull fizz as Blitz, and automatically use R (silence), he can still use his E (troll pole) after I silence him. I know he's silenced because he has the silence marker over his head as he is on his pole.

I don't know how many ranked games it affected me on this (I main Diana / Blitz)

Fix your damn game please!
