My FPS droped from 120 to 20 since patch 5.12

My FPS is dropping everytime i get into game from 120-20 i have sync off and settings all correct but its not working. Also my pc is little bit slower since the patch but its pretty new PC so i dont know or it the pc or league..

I have a Nvidia GEFORCE 720m Intel core i7 Memory 6GB Windows 8 HDD 750GB

any suggestions?

Google it and/or search it on the LoL Support page. You can often find a plethora of troubleshooting tips because others will have had your same issue before and been answered already.

Have you completely removes and reinstalled your drivers, ensuring that they are up to date?
