Audio bug help?

So this has been an issue since the patch they fixed a visual bug with the SG Gnar skin and I have contacted riot and whatever I tried never seemed to help. So when I recall with the skin I can barely hear mini gnars voice when he gnaws on the gun and gets angry and shoots the gun. I have no idea why, I even tried uninstalling the game and its still an issue. All other skins are loud and clear whith recalls but this one and it sucks cause it's my favorite skin. I wanna say it may even be a bugged microsoft c++ visual install but that would only affect visuals which are fine so idk if anyone has any ideas cause I am fresh out. TY!
