Jax Spawned Outside of Fountain Before Gates Opened?

So pretty much my friends said that there was a Jax that spawned outside of the base before he should've been able to. Pretty much it seemed like he was afk because he took 3 tower shots but he also was able to start his Q quickly showing that he wasn't afk. (Unless he is scripting or something) And pretty much thats what happened... he got out before it was possible and yeah. IGN Simple Poro
