[GAMEPLAY] Neeko's Passive / Zac's Passive interaction makes tiny Zac clone

This one is a bit of a doozy so excuse me if I miss something or explain something wrong but this is my understanding of the interaction and I haven't found anything online. (also my first discussion post)

I was playing as Neeko with a Zac on my team and had been using my shapeshifting passive on most of my allies throughout the game, everything worked fine, but later in the game as Zac's 'size' passive started to become more apparent,he was huge and when I tried to copy him a strange interaction happened.

Zac was absolutely massive from an elixir of iron and his maximum health, but when I copied him with Neeko's passive I was smaller than even our Karthus (all three are side by side in the image) This is not to say I was a normal sized Zac like his passive wasn't being taken into account, I was notably smaller than I had been when I shapeshifted into him throughout the game initially.

I would rate my understanding of the interaction as questionable at best, but I think that Zac's size passive was based entirely on his health, and not of those also possessing his passive because, well, what conditions would anyone else have that same passive? Using friendly numbers, Zac has 5,000 health and Neeko has 2,000 health, now even if Neeko is at full health, by Zac's passive's standard that's 40% of maximum health therefore the champion should shrink. Since, however even with 40% health there's no way Zac gets that small, I also think that it was based off of Neeko's size. So I would assume that the bug lies in Zacs passive only reading his health or Neeko's base champion size.

To sum up

1. Once Zac's size passive became apparent, Neeko's passive created a tiny clone of Zac, rather than base size or bigger

2. Zac had around 5k health, Neeko had around 2k

3. The clone seemed to indicate that Neeko's base size had reduced by a similar ratio of Zac having Neeko's maximum health as his current health(40%)

4. I think this is because Neeko doesn't properly acquire Zac's size passive
