[GAMEPLAY] Katarina's Shunpoo not reseting Auto-Attacks

This has been a bug since she got her remake, now i see Patch 6.24 and there is still no mention about it. Patch notes 6.22 say:

"Shunpo now resets Katarina’s basic attack timer"

This is not always the case, it's easy reproduceable and it seems the bug is connected to the Shunpoo-Targets current health. Happens too often on Minions and even sometimes on Champions, which is extremely annoying in rankeds!
