[Gameplay] Black Screen Bug

I updated my game to Patch 7.9 and I have been unable to see anything in my in-game client, it simply shows a black screen. When I check Practice Tool and custom games, the game loads and runs (I can press CTRL+Q and use Q as Darius and hear his voice and the SFX), but I have no visuals of anything but my cursor, making the game unplayable. I have reinstalled the game, changed compatibility mode to Windows Vista, and changed the config files to default, but nothing has worked. How am i supposed to fix this?? I don't know what could be the cause of the problem.
