Thresh Executions (Targons Brace) Not Working

Thresh is not executing minions like he is not getting extra ad that u normally get when u execute minions.. though the health and the gold provided is proper.. the extra ad is not given.

the execute only applies to melee champs as far as I know, and Thresh is ranged.
