Maw/Hextrinker Steraks bug
When ever you buy the Steraks gage item while having the maw of malmortius or Hextrinker it puts the Steraks on the cool down of that item

This is intended, their passives share the same name, being ''lifeline'' so they don't stack.
the passives are shared under THE SAME name and ability. Was put through a few patches ago because EVERY ADC was buying the two and graves's level of unkillable power he had, not to mention how warlords just gave them hp right back...
