[GAMEPLAY] Lee Sin Dragon's Rage Bug

Found a bug of the Lee sin's ultimate. Sometimes people will not be hitted by the champion kicked, so they will not receive damage and knock up. It happen randomly, atm i'm uploading the video. I will post the link shortly. Add this for now http://oddshot.tv/shot/gripex90-2016010311850861
