Aatrox gameplay bug

So yeah, i was playing Aatrox jungle, bought rageblade and thought that it will be strong but little did i know that it would bullshit and decide not to work with my W ability when i reached 6 stacks and switched targets

I dont really have any video material or screenshots because my laptop is a toaster atm and i dont know how to record games, but it would be nice if you guys could look into this issue.
