I believe this is a bug.
I played a game with a enemy Garen & enemy Ezreal.
When charmed, Ezreal finished casting his ult. Shouldn't he stop what he is doing and walk toward me since he's charmed?
When charmed, Garen walked up to me and autoed me. Characters shouldn't be able to auto attack when they are charmed.

nothing cancels ez ult, only death. the garen one seems to be a bug though
What.... jegus, I'm gonna have to actually type this.... what 'The Gaytrox' said is right about Ezreal ult.
For Garen, you might have expected a full Charm timer on him, but he might of had Mercury Treads and extra Tenacity from his Masteries.
Charm effects are a Slow, Taunt (Enemy champion paths to you and tries to Auto Attack you), and Pacify (Auto Attacks are Disabled).
