p.s. its been like 3 patches since this bug recurred more frequently and theres been like 300 posts about this already with sufficient evidence wake the fuck up d.s.

It won't be able to be fixed untill a full patch release. Hopefully it will be fixed in the upcoming one.

educate me on how they cant fix it until a full release. they seem to be able to fix 30+ other bugs every patch.

Those patches ARE full releases. A hoxfix is an update midpatch that they generally only try to fix numbers issues. This is because changing script (like Charm behavior) needs testing that a hotfix update does not give them time for generally.

Did Riot acknowledge the bug ? It looks like it had impact in competitive league... Namely the LCK, also the first game of C9 vs P1 yesterday, I think I saw some weird Charm behavior. Can't confirm for Rakan as I don't play him
