[CLIENT] Key Fragment Rewards Always Give 1

This is the second time I've experienced this in this patch. I log in, and receive a notification along the lines, "something something you exchanged honors with non-premades, here are 3 key fragments."

However, when I go to my Loot, I do not have 3 key fragments. I just got this notification and went, "great, that's enough for a key," but when I went to my Loot, I only had 1 key fragment.

I don't care if it only gives 1 or 3 fragments, but if it gives me 1 it shouldn't tell me I received 3.
