How much time would take riot to respond to a refund ticket

I have already sent 3 tickets to riot regarding a bug in legends of runeterra regarding an issue with wildcards.Long story short I use 2 epic wildcards and received no cards. I have waited more than a day and still no response I can t refund the purchase either because of an error message. What can I do? I can provide proof of needed
