Packet Loss report - Server side 11/21/14

At 7:45 AM EST, 7/21/14 During solo queue game several players experienced high % packet loss, making the game unplayable. Latency spikes of 250% also experienced.

Connectivity outside of league was 100% fine concurrent with the problems in game.

Its giving me another 280 mb update even though I just updated it. Still says the server is unavailable though.
