Rune Bug (Not Saving For Champ Select)

So I wanted to change my runes from and ap carry page to a ad carry page, so I commence with the change and once i'm done I go ahead and start a game just to find out that the rune page is still ap carry and not ad carry. I made sure everything was good and saved so i start another game and the same thing occured.
