Game is constantly crashing

I didn't played LoL for a year and i can't play the game now. Every game i play, game is crashing. My PC is very bad but i was able to play LoL without any problems, afer you add TFT in Client the FPS drops started. Please, PLEASE add TFT in your Riot Games client as soon as possible because i can't play this game.
