Is Bilgewater reward bugged

Specificaly is the 50 assists from twisted fate quest on act one bugged. I did get the gold part of it but the assists did not register even tho I got 54 assists since I started the event. It's kinda annoying since I just want to finish these fast and get to the black market event quest.
