Taric with guinsos is bugged, u get 2 stacks from 1 basic attack on guinsos.

don't see the bug ..

according to http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Guinsoo's_Rageblade, item 3124 grants 2 stacks on melee, 1 stack on ranged attacks ...
