Getting super annoying freezes in game.

Hey

Lately i have been getting tons screen freezes which is kinda annoying. It started like around patch 6.17 but since i havent been playing ranked or anything serious i havent really cared that much. But know i do play more ranked, so this is so annoying cause these freezes has cost me my life alot of times.

The freeze is for 1-4 seconds (usually like 1.5 sec). Everything in league freezes cant move the cursor or anything, the sound freezes aswell. But background sound dont freeze (youtube, spotify etc.). Only league freeze. And when the freeze come i get like 01-09 fps (1-9). So its kinda like a fps problem aswell. But the thing is, these freezes comes randomly, its not in teamfight or any special times. It just comes completely randomly. My fps is usually around 200 so its not my pc i belive.

I am running a intel core i7 and a nvidia videocard by the way. And i am using Plays.tv (i have tried unistalling it)

I have already tried fully reinstalled. Also tried reinstalled my graphic card drivers.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?
