Unusually large queues

I'm currently playing on a level 15 account and that queue waiting time is just insane. I mean when i'm playing on my EUW account (my main) i wait barely 3 minutes in the ranked queue But when i play here in a draft queue with jungle and fill roles i get approximately 7 minutes of wait time, and there are times when i wait 15-20 minutes Is this from my level or other factors are part of this like ping

i dont think it is about your ping , but maybe it is because there are no enough players in your lvl or your skill ... you might go really angry if riot matches u with better ppl and the other player cry about it if riot puts you vs less skilled ppl ... so u just need to wait lol
