Mastery Border Not Showing

Hello, this is my first ever forum post. On to the point, I have lvl 7 yasuo mastery yet when i pop up in game with my icon the mastery border does not show. e.g. when i get a kill and the yasuo border doesnt have the mastery border. I really didnt know where to put this "discussion". Assistance would be appreciated

I legit posted a comment about this like 3 days ago and no one has even commented on it... clearly its not on their todo list xD

Happening to me too, thought it would fix itself after a few games or a patch but clearly Riot doesn't care
