Using an ability that will ''turn off'' most of the time for no apparent reason For Ashe.

When GamePlay starts, I choose the first power listed for Ashe, which shoots up to five volleys of shot against an opponent. This power has been off more times than not and it is not a ''CoolDown'' period. It is constantly happening both on this computer and other computers at places like EnD Game Bar & Restaurant in Tempe Arizona. I do not know what is happening, but it seems there may be a bug or programming error that may have to be fixed in the next patch episode or when you can get to it. I know there are a lot of other fixes to be worked on for others, but I use Ashe almost Exclusively and know what I believe should be happening. I hope I am not being too demanding.
