Constant "Attempting to Reconnect" Almost every game!

Almost every single game for the past 2 days I have had the game randomly freeze, telling me "Attempting to Reconnect." Sometimes this is only for roughly 30 seconds and I will just die in lane, or be AFK for a second. But just now it was up for roughly 4 minutes, losing us the game. I don't want to do this to my teammates, I feel bad when it happens. But I don't see what the problem is: -Roughly 100mb DL and 40MB upload speeds -My average ping is in the low 20's -I run the client as Administrator and only have open one other application while playing: Discord -My internet is fine during these occurrences and still runs perfectly elsewhere. -I have disabled firewalls that could be messing with anything -I have never experienced any disconnects in another game like this, I have never even lagged, let alone fail to load something in the game which I assume what this is about.

I have been getting reported for this, and I have tried everything to fix it and I have lost ranked matches because of it. I really don't want to be that guy, but I followed every step in the FAQ regarding this, and it still does it. I am pretty certain it has to be a client issue.
