Games Hard Freeze My Laptop

I'll be in the middle of a game and randomly it will just hard freeze my computer. Sometimes I won't have the problem for a whole week, other times it has happened multiple times a day. Literally the only thing I can do is hold down my power button. My computer is up to date with all the drivers, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, my laptop reaches the minimum requirements, I have all the specs turned low, nothing I do fixes the issue. I've gone through the hoops with support uninstalling my anti-virus and doing all that junk, and still nothing.

Has anyone else been having this issue? Because I can't believe that the problem is on my end when I've done everything I'm supposed to and still having this issue.
