massive fps problem 60fps to 30fps help!

So i used to play league on a solid 60fps, it would never change but today i jumped on and started getting 20/30fps at the nexus and in teamfights it would drop to 10/20fps. It never used to be this bad and i have tried almost everything to fix this.

I have tried restarting computer, updating my graphics card, changing settings to lowest, restarting modern, fixing files on launcher, reinstalling league.

I have tried playing other games and there is no problem so its something to do with league. please help!

I noticed this as well after the last update. I have a 8.1 Windows Index which should allow me to play League at any resolution but I too can play at minimum effects and still get 30 FPS with some 60 FPS spikes.

I think they "oops"ed on the last patch with something that's not going over well with some of our systems.

Yea my FPS is messed up too! I have been at 60 FPS for years and never had a problem in fights or anything. Now just in a 1v1 fight my FPS drops bad and the screen jumps. Im not doing well in fights because of this. So this is a support bump.
