Client is currently broken.

It may just be my client, but I can't get a solid login. The client is giving me hell when I try. I've managed to load into the home screen a few times. When I do, I can't create a lobby, nothing shows up on the home screen, my icon is dead (shows a small "image link broken" symbol), friend groups are gone, hextech is disabled, can't open collection, all pictures on the profile tab are dead, I got an error for match history but successfully opened it, but the store works just fine.

Is anyone else having similar issues?

This is an intended feature made by riot, remember they are a small indie company and need your $$$ from skins so they can continue to give below average mediocre client usage.

This is a joke I just quit my job so that I can push for my desired rank by the end of the season, and now I cant even play. They should have to extend the season by one day because of this. Not mad just disappointed.

Take a second, read the rest of the posts, realize your not the only one with the problem, you will accomplish two things.

You wont contribute to spamming the forums.
You will know that this isn't just you.

Simply stop posting if there are other posts just like what you are about to post.

Now I get a pop up window saying high traffic log ins and an ok button that closes the client.. servers status is online.

Your not alone. Mine is doing the exact same thing. I even tried to reinstall it. It wouldn't even let me do that. patch mess things up.

Welp i came back to lol after like 6 months did the updates was pretty excited and then all i get since the updates is "unexpected error with login session try again" i did actually reinstall the game 2 times now. What is weird however that if i use a vpn it works fine but then i get shitty ping rito plz explain.So somewhat similar issue i guess but i can't get even near the home screen.

I think they updated and broke the client. there's a new screen that shows up when you open league of legends and I managed to get to the home screen but the play button does nothing. It's weird because I played one game no problem then it just went to this.

classic riot hopefully it's not a 24 hr thing.

ya i keep getting different errors as well, error 900 and error 999. Its not only you. if anyone has any updates, pls post. Riot isn't posting anything...
