[GAMEPLAY] Turret one shot top lane..

Last night I had 2 games where the top T1 turret suddenly hit me for over 1800 damage and one shot my champion.

I roamed from mid lane to top to help with a gank. We kill the top lane and walk out of turret range. The turret resets onto the minions and me and the top lane start to push the tower. Suddenly with no animation I'm dead from a turret shot for 1800 damage. The top lane was still alive and able to push as normal.

Death recount shows no numerous tower shots just one turret hit for 1800. Fast forward a few games and same situation happens again. Dive top, reset the turret and walk up after a few seconds dead one shot.

The similarities have been I've been on Galio each time and it's happened each time at the T1 turret.
