HUD Vision problem

Every time when game starts my HUD just get bugged dont know why? I cant see the health bar and mana/energy/rage bar, even my champion stats, and then when i go across HUD with my mouse, then it shows up. if you could tell me the solution of this problem post it here so i can try to fix it
