15 MINS can;t play for a failure in the game servers? really?

Hello, i would like this message to get to riot and i dont know how. But.. today i tried to start an aram game and at the champ selection i got a blank black page,, waited for 2 mins and then just decided to start the game all over again. as soon as i started it again and went to the creation of group to invite my friends again it says that i need to wait 15 min because i left a match,... really ??? !!! how can i contact some one who is able to remove such a thing because i have done nothing to get such a punishment... thanks .,... If you managed to have your champion selected and the Champ Select has ended and right afterwards you got only just a black screen, then try running league like this 1)> lol.launcher.admin (run it as admin) 2) Try downloading WTFast as it helps rerouting connection and may also help with a black screen with errors.

We got 25 mins for ranked game. :/ Game crashed in ban/champion selection. But we did not get a blank screen though. We tried twice but it crashed the same way again.
