I had a Pulsefire ezreal permanent shard that I was really excited for but when I finally unlocked ezreal and used thee shard I never received the skin. I then tested it by re-rolling for a skin permanent and that didn't wok either. Please help I put a lot of time and it was a waste.
Infernape1 votesUltimate and Mythic permanent skins will not retroactively unlock once they're in your inventory. Because you didn't own Ezreal at the time you opened the chest, it gave you the shard in your inventory instead. They will only automatically unlock if you own the champion.
Ghast2021 votesIt stayed in my inventory up until I got ezreal then it disappeared when I went to unlock it. I went back to see if I could unlock it but it wasn't there. I unlocked TPA nunu from my re-roll and I didn't receive it either and I own nunu.
