Sometimes abilities doesn't function

Hey, any fixes to the issue i have. That sometimes when im in-game my abilies stops working. or doesnt register any pressed key or something. Ive found myself spammingclicking my spells and just nothing happens. Nothing wrong with my connection and doesnt seem to be any fault in my keyboard because ive played with the keyboard on another computer and it worked fine.

Most noticed in big teamfights or when spell just came off cooldown. Also noticed my deathtimer stands at 0 for a second before i jump back into the game i dont know if its intended or its just me.
